Role Description
- Oversee the implementation of Electrics systems for high-rise construction projects.
- Provide clear technical guidance to the construction team, ensuring designs and drawings align with project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough site inspection to ensure compliance with design specification.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.
- Perform a comprehensive review of project scope, client requirements, BOQ, project milestones, and specifications form bid documents.
- Initiate material inquiries with relevant suppliers and evaluation proposals to ensure alignment with project requirments.
- Obtain material submittals from selected suppliers and prepare them in accordance with project specifications.
- Provide clear technical guidance to the construction team, ensuring designs and drawing align with project requirements.
- Identify and address conflicts and discrepancies with the project, communicating effectively with the project team.
- Execute additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager.
Qualifications
- :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or related field
- Minimum 9 years of experience in MEP with high rise buildings.
