About This Role

Job Description

  • Identify and develop opportunities for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), retrofits, and upgrades
  • Generate leads from existing clients, facility management companies, and new prospects
  • Promote service offerings including maintenance, repair, and energy solutions
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations
  • Review RFQs, understand scope, and coordinate for pricing inputs
  • Negotiate with clients and close sales deals
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with end users, FM companies, and contractors
  • Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
  • Perform site surveys and basic technical assessments of HVAC/MEP systems
  • Recommend suitable solutions for repair, replacement, or upgrade
  • Coordinate with service/maintenance teams for inspections and execution
  • Promote and sell:
  • AMC (preventive & corrective maintenance)
  • Retrofit & replacement (chillers, AHUs, controls and MEP)
  • Energy efficiency improvements
  • Coordinate internally with service, procurement, and operations teams
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
