MEP Quantity Surveyor Engineer

About This Role
We are looking for MEP QS, Candidate must have UAE experience 3-5 years.
1. Prepare and receive monthly progress payments from client, variation & time extensions claims.
2. Monitor all contractual correspondence, project documents, drawings, specification, conditions of contract and highlight any possible cost implications to the project.
3. Taking Quantity for payments, variations, and ordering material.
4. Preparing the Bill of Quantities. Preparing of the Rate Analysis.
5. Verifying progress measurements in coordination with Site Engineers. Preparing Interim progress payments.
6. Preparing Sub-Contractors progress payment claims, measurement, and certification.
7. Responsible for quantity take off and cost estimation.
8. Preparation of tender submission with specific deadline.
9. Source, negotiate and award of contracts to vendors.
10. Responsible for material order processing and cost control.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
