Overview
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering related field.
- 4-10 years of UAE experience
- in MEP engineering, with a focus on
Qa & Qc
- in
- high-rise buildings

- large residential developments

- Strong understanding of MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning processes.
- Proven experience in
Qa & Qc Processes
- specifically for MEP systems, including inspections, testing, and documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and international quality standards for MEP systems in the UAE.
- Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), ITP, Method Statement and Procedures.
- Review material submittals and pre-qualifications.
- Maintain Calibration logs
- Identify non‑conformities, issue NCRs, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Perform daily inspections of MEP works (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, ELV, Firefighting).
- Raise Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate with consultants for inspections.
- Verify that all materials delivered to site are
- approved, stored properly, and protected

- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with approved method statements.
- Prepare and implement Testing & Commissioning (T&C) plans for all MEP systems.
