About the company
Dubai-based MEP contractor delivering high-rise residential and mixed-use projects across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Lead electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and firefighting scope from mobilization through final handover.
- Manage project program, budget, procurement, and subcontractors.
- Act as main point of contact with client, consultant, and main contractor.
- Oversee shop drawings, material submittals, and approvals from DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and Civil Defence.
- Manage variations, monthly payment applications, and cost control.
- Lead and develop the site team and coordinate with design and procurement teams.
- Drive testing and commissioning, authority inspections, snagging, and handover.
Requirements
- Must have successfully handed over at least two MEP projects as Project Manager.
- Minimum 10 years of UAE MEP experience, including project management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and Civil Defence procedures.
- Strong commercial awareness, including variations, payments, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- High-rise residential project delivery in Dubai with an MEP contractor is preferred.
- PMP certification is preferred.
