Full-time MEP Project Manager role based in Dubai, UAE.
Responsible for successful execution and management of MEP construction projects from planning through completion and handover.
Experience and technical requirements
- Minimum 7 years of MEP construction and project management experience.
- Proven management of MEP projects from planning through completion and handover.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and drainage systems.
- Knowledge of shop drawings, coordination drawings, specifications, and as-built drawings.
- UAE construction experience is required; Dubai experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE standards, regulations, and authority requirements is required; DEWA and Dubai Municipality knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong construction health and safety knowledge and good understanding of QA/QC and inspections.
- Excellent written and spoken English; strong reporting, documentation, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full MEP project scope and supervise electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and drainage works.
- Manage project programs, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and other trades.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.
- Ensure site work follows approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Monitor and report daily and weekly progress.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Resolve technical and site coordination issues and monitor project quality.
- Coordinate procurement and material availability; manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Attend meetings, provide updates, maintain records, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 13,000 per month; salary is described as negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
