MEP Project Coordinator

Overview

• Coordinate daily activities between Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, HR, Finance, and Clients.
• Plan and monitor manpower allocation across multiple projects.
• Track project progress and ensure activities are completed according to schedule.
• Follow up on material requests, procurement status, deliveries, and site requirements.
• Coordinate site access permits, gate passes, work permits, and client approvals.
• Monitor technical submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, material approvals, and project documentation.
• Conduct regular follow-up with site teams and prepare progress reports.
• Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections, and project handover activities.
• Identify project delays, risks, and resource constraints and escalate them as required.
• Maintain project records, correspondence, and documentation.
• Manage project activities through Odoo ERP, including task tracking, resource planning, timesheets, procurement follow-up, and reporting.
• Generate project performance reports and dashboards using Odoo.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and HSE standards.
