Overview
We are looking for a skilled MEP Procurement Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in construction companies, preferably in high-rise building projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP procurement within construction companies
- Strong experience in high-rise building projects
- Good knowledge of MEP materials, suppliers, and market rates
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Handle procurement of MEP materials and equipment
- Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate pricing and contracts
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to site
- Coordinate with project and site teams for requirements
- Maintain procurement records and cost control
- Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
