Zarafa is a Riyadh-based company specializing in MEP works, HVAC systems, and mechanical services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
We are in an active growth phase and are looking for an operations leader who takes full ownership of execution — from project kickoff to final handover.
Role Purpose
The MEP Operations Manager is fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of all active projects.
This is not a desk role — it requires direct field presence, hands-on team leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timeline, and budget targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple MEP / HVAC projects simultaneously — tracking timelines, costs, quality, and taking corrective action when needed
- Lead field teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure disciplined, on-spec delivery across all sites
- Review scope and estimation for new projects, communicate directly with clients, and manage their expectations
- Resolve field issues quickly and maintain accurate project data in the ERP system
Requirements
- 5+ years in MEP or HVAC project operations in Saudi Arabia or the region
- Proven ability to manage multiple field teams, suppliers, and subcontractors simultaneously
- Technical knowledge of HVAC, ductwork, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical works
- Experience in estimation, cost tracking, and Saudi construction and safety regulations
- Proficient in ERP systems — Arabic fluency required, English is a plus
- Strong decision-making under pressure with full accountability for outcomes
