MEP/HVAC Supervisor

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise site execution for energy-efficiency projects and HVAC works, particularly chilled-water and related mechanical systems.
• Supervise lighting installation, replacement, rectification, and site coordination.
• Supervise electrical works involving energy meters, panel access, cable routing, and CT installation.
• Lead and monitor operations and maintenance activities in the assigned area.
• Ensure work follows approved method statements, safety requirements, project requirements, and client instructions.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor productivity, quality, and timely completion.
• Identify site issues, propose corrective actions, and prepare technical, progress, and issue reports.
• Support testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least five years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Strong HVAC experience, especially with chilled-water systems; good knowledge of energy-efficiency mechanical systems.
• Technical background in electrical works involving meters, panels, and site instrumentation.
• Ability to use electrical and mechanical testing and measuring instruments.
• Strong spoken and written English and ability to prepare clear professional technical reports.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.
• Experience in energy-efficiency projects is preferred.

Skills
