- Monitoring the quality of execution and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Submitting daily/weekly reports on work progress and technical observations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP works in construction or real estate development projects.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Strong skills in managing field work teams.
- Commitment, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in major construction sites is preferred.
