Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The position encompasses responsibilities in MEP cost estimation, procurement, and cost control.
Key duties include developing accurate and competitive cost estimations for MEP works, managing vendor relationships for procurement activities, and handling project cost control to ensure budgetary alignment.
The role requires collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution while maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MEP Estimation, including preparing and reviewing cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Strong understanding of Procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Experience in Cost Control, including budget planning, cost monitoring, and financial reporting for MEP projects.
- Technical expertise in reading and interpreting MEP drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools related to MEP estimation, procurement, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills for effective stakeholder and supplier management.
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience in construction or similar industries is an added advantage.
