Hiring an experienced Cost Estimator / MEP Estimator for HVAC, MEP, electromechanical, or related work.
Job type is full-time and permanent.
Listed salary is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQs and quantity take-offs.
- Estimate HVAC/MEP project costs for materials, labour, and equipment.
- Handle tender documentation and support tender submissions.
- Prepare RFQs and obtain supplier and vendor quotations.
- Review quotations and prepare commercial cost comparisons.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to produce accurate, competitive costing.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant HVAC/MEP estimation experience.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, tendering, RFQs, and costing.
- Experience reviewing supplier quotations and preparing commercial comparisons.
- UAE residence with a valid residence visa is preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred; candidates with up to a one-month notice period may apply.
- A valid UAE driving licence is advantageous, not mandatory.
