Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled MEP Estimation Engineer with experience in landscape construction industry to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, price breakdowns, and material/resource estimates based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Develop scope sheets and manage inquiries, quotations, and price negotiations with suppliers.
- Review tender documents for potential contract risks and work with the Estimation Lead to address them.
- Provide technical guidance to Associate Estimators and Quantity Surveyors throughout the tender process.
- Capable of handling Electrical / MEP Bills independently.
