The MEP Estimation Engineer conducts site inspections and prepares scopes of work, BOQs, and cost estimates for MEP projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and collect project details.
- Prepare scopes of work based on site conditions.
- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates for MEP works.
- Check current market prices for materials and labour.
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Knowledge of MEP works and UAE market prices.
- Good estimation and communication skills.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
Work Location
- In person.
