The employer is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented MEP Estimation Engineer.
The position is based in the UAE; the stated work location is in person.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in MEP estimation.
- UAE construction industry experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in PlanSwift and AutoCAD.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Review drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and calculate material quantities.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare cost comparisons, estimation reports, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate costing with procurement and project teams.
