The employer is hiring an MEP Estimation Engineer.
The role covers estimation for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC project works.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare project cost estimates and detailed cost breakdowns and estimation reports.
- Review project drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities, and tender documents.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to clarify requirements.
- Assist with tender submissions and commercial proposals.
- Ensure estimation documents are accurate and complete.
Requirements
- Previous MEP estimation experience; UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimation software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; good command of English.
Pay
- AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
