Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP Engineering Procurement professional based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will manage procurement activities for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including creating purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, and leading contract negotiations. You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, analyzing procurement needs, and ensuring quality and cost efficiency throughout all phases of procurement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to compliance standards will also form key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating and managing Purchase Orders and hands-on experience in Procurement operations
• Strong skills in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation for optimal vendor partnerships
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating cost-effective solutions and market analysis
• Strong experience in MEP procurement and coordination on 

Maldives resort development projects

, including remote island logistics, marine delivery constraints, and phased construction in isolated site conditions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
