Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all MEP site activities for interior fit-out and construction projects.
- Review and validate MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Civil Defense regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
- Conduct inspections and issue technical site instructions as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP site issues promptly.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Maintain strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by the Operations Manager related to projects and site activities.
- Prepare load calculation, power layout and schematic drawings related to MEP.
- Prepare BOQ needed for projects.
- Supervise Electricians, plumbers, A/C technicians.
