Role overview

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based design-and-build contractor specializing in high-end residential renovations, fit-outs, villa extensions, landscaping, and joinery.

The MEP Engineer will oversee MEP works across residential projects.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise electrical, plumbing, drainage, and HVAC works as required by each project.
  • Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Verify electrical points, plumbing locations, AC provisions, and service routes before installation.
  • Coordinate MEP work with civil, interior fit-out, ceiling, tiling, and joinery teams.
  • Inspect first-fix installations before closing walls, floors, and ceilings.
  • Identify drawing discrepancies, raise RFIs, and coordinate technical approvals.
  • Monitor site progress, workmanship, materials, and subcontractor performance; prepare daily reports with photographs and outstanding activities.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3–5 years of UAE MEP site-supervision experience; villa renovation and residential fit-out experience is preferred.
  • Able to interpret MEP, architectural, and interior design drawings; understands DEWA regulations and UAE construction standards.
  • Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to supervise MEP teams independently and coordinate multiple activities.
  • Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
