Overview
- Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) in Contracting Company.
- Manage day-to-day facility management operations and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors for MEP-related works.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local authority requirements, and company standards.
- Prepare and review technical reports, method statements, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor energy usage and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of all MEP activities and reports.
