The MEP Engineer manages site activities, coordinates installations, and supports safe, timely project completion according to approved drawings and specifications.
The role focuses on HVAC and electromechanical works.
Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC and MEP installation work at site.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and material requirements.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover.
- Prepare site reports, RFIs, inspection requests, and other project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least three years of MEP/HVAC experience; UAE experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HVAC and electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
