We are seeking a high-caliber MEP Director to lead and drive complex engineering and execution activities across major projects in Abu Dhabi.

Your Role
As a
MEP Director,
- you will provide strategic and technical leadership across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines for EPC oil & gas projects.
- You will play a critical role in ensuring design excellence, execution efficiency, and compliance with international standards while supporting business growth and project delivery success.
- The key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lead MEP engineering, design, procurement, and construction activities across multiple EPC projects
- Provide strategic direction and technical oversight to multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and HSE standards
- Drive value engineering, optimization, and cost-efficiency initiatives
- Interface with clients, consultants, and stakeholders at senior levels
- Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and key deliverables
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC, international codes, and project standards
- Mentor and build high-performing engineering teams
Experience
- Minimum 20 years of total professional experience
- Must have at least 10 years of leadership/management role experience within the Oil & Gas industry, specifically on EPC projects
- Strong experience with ADNOC or Middle East oil & gas projects is highly desirable
- Experience working in multicultural project environments
- Proven track record managing large-scale EPC projects from FEED to execution
Education / Certifications / Licenses
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline (Master’s preferred)
Skills and Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of international codes, standards, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
