Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced MEP Draftsman at our Dubai, United Arab Emirates location.
The MEP Designer/Draftsman will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings and layouts using industry-standard software.
Responsibilities
include interpreting project requirements, collaborating with engineers and designers, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and maintaining technical documentation.

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 Years (UAE experience preferred)
Responsibilities
- Prepare MEP design and shop drawings for interior fit-out projects.
- Develop HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Electrical layouts as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and site teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with UAE authority regulations and project specifications.
- Prepare load calculations, equipment selections, and material submissions.
- Attend coordination meetings and resolve site-related design issues.
- Update drawings based on consultant/client comments and site conditions.
- Support project execution and handover documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of UAE authority standards and regulations.
- Experience in retail, office, restaurant, or commercial fit-out projects preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
