Sawaed Al-Tashyeed Company seeks a Procurement Officer specializing in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) supplies.
The role requires prior experience in the Saudi market and established supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
- Execute local procurement under approved policies and issue purchase orders.
- Request and compare quotations and participate in supplier negotiations on price, payment, and delivery terms.
- Track purchase orders through goods receipt and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory data.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the same field in the Saudi market; mandatory.
- ERP experience for invoice entry and tracking items and inventory.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, Microsoft Office, and report preparation.
- Valid residency status and driving license.
- Established relationships with suppliers.
