- The MEP Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of a construction project.
- This role ensures that MEP systems are installed correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Roles and responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all MEP installation activities on-site
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Supervise and manage MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and technicians
- Collaborate with design consultants, architects, structural teams, and civil engineers to resolve conflicts and technical issues
- Monitor progress of MEP work against the project schedule and report delays or issues
- Ensure materials and equipment meet project specifications and are delivered on time
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and safety standards
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems
- Maintain documentation and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders
- Must have skill
- 10+ Years of overall experience with 3+ Years of relevant experience a Construction Manager or similar in an MEP Company
- Strong understanding of MEP aspects in Construction projects
- Proficient in Project Management, MEP Design specifications, Safety standards
