Seeking an experienced MEP and Civil Supervisor for swimming pool construction and maintenance projects.
Location stated in the description: Dubai, UAE. Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Supervise civil and MEP works related to swimming pool projects.
- Coordinate site activities and ensure work follows drawings and specifications.
- Monitor installation of pool equipment, piping, filtration systems, pumps, and electrical works.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in swimming pool projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical works related to swimming pools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- UAE driving license preferred.
