MEP Maintenance Assistant supporting the maintenance team with daily MEP, building, and general maintenance activities.
Works closely with the MEP Maintenance Technician and assists with repairs, installations, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
Maintenance duties
- Assist with electrical, plumbing, AC/HVAC, mechanical, and general maintenance work, including electrical repairs, wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, breakers, and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist with plumbing work on leaks, taps, valves, pipes, drainage, and sanitary fittings; support AC/HVAC filter cleaning, unit checks, and basic servicing.
- Help maintain pumps, motors, water tanks, and related equipment, and support preventive and corrective maintenance at company properties.
- Carry required tools, equipment, and materials; identify faults and report issues to the technician or supervisor.
- Help install, dismantle, repair, and replace equipment and fixtures; assist with minor civil work on doors, locks, handles, tiles, ceilings, and other building fixtures.
- Assist with emergency and breakdown maintenance and other maintenance-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in MEP, building maintenance, or general maintenance is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC/HVAC, and mechanical maintenance.
- Physically fit and able to work on-site and perform maintenance tasks.
- Able to use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills; able to travel between different work locations.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

- Work location is in person; duties may involve travel between different work locations.
