Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site MENA Product Engineer role based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The MENA Product Engineer will support the development, localization, and optimization of Ruichang’s combustion and process equipment solutions for customers across the Middle East and North Africa region.
Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with regional sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements, configuring product solutions, and supporting product design adaptations to meet local standards and operating conditions.
The role involves coordinating with global R&D and engineering teams, preparing technical proposals and product documentation, and providing technical support during project execution and after-sales phases.
The MENA Product Engineer will also analyze market feedback, monitor competitor offerings, and contribute to continuous product improvement and innovation for the region.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Engineering and Product Design skills, with experience translating customer requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Solid Analytical Skills and ability to interpret technical data, performance metrics, and market feedback to guide product decisions.
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D), especially in industrial equipment, energy, or process industries, is highly beneficial.
- Effective Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, preparing technical documentation, and engaging with customers and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Familiarity with combustion systems, heat transfer equipment, or process plant design is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MENA industrial markets, regulations, and standards related to refining, petrochemicals, or energy sectors is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and travel within the MENA region as needed to support projects and customer engagements.
