Key Responsibilities
- **Document Control:** Managing and organizing project documents, submittals, transmittals, and drawings.
- **Site Communications:** Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence via emails, letters, and memos in both English and Arabic.
- **Meeting Coordination:** Scheduling site meetings, preparing agendas, and recording meeting minutes for distribution.
- **Reporting:** Assisting Project Managers with daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and tracking material deliveries.
- **Personnel Administration:** Monitoring site staff attendance, keeping track of leave requests, and maintaining timesheets.
- **Visitor Management:** Welcoming visitors, coordinating site access, and directing inquiries to the correct departments.
Essential Requirements
- **Education & Experience:** Typically requires a College Degree and 2–5 years of administrative experience. Previous experience in the Qatari construction or engineering sector is highly preferred.
- **Language Skills:** Fluency in English is mandatory. Bilingual abilities (written and spoken Arabic) are a significant asset and frequently required by Qatar-based consultancies.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with **document control**
- **Soft Skills:** Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced or remote project environment.
