About This Role

  • Support and oversee planning, coordination, and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects related to Memberships department
  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with general members and high net worth individuals
  • Create personalized membership experiences
  • Coordinate exclusive events
  • Implement strategies to increase engagement and retention among affluent supporters
  • Drive and coordinate multiple aspects of several projects in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
  • Communicate issues and risks and come up with solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with members from their tiers of focus
  • Act as primary point of contact for high-level members responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and feedback
  • Collaborate with museum leadership and external partners to identify and connect with potential members
  • Design and implement customized membership programs, benefits, and experiences such as private tours, exclusive previews, and bespoke events
  • Monitor and evaluate impact of membership programs and make data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with development team to align tier-specific engagement with broader membership goals
  • Plan and execute exclusive events for different tiers ensuring quality and personalized experiences
  • Coordinate event logistics including vendor selection, invitations, venue setup and guest lists
  • Partner with events and marketing teams to promote events and increase attendance
  • Work with development and communications teams to create customized stewardship plans
  • Identify deeper involvement opportunities like patron programs, board memberships, philanthropic initiatives
  • Support preparation of annual giving reports and impact summaries for HNWI and Institutional members
  • Collaborate with Communications Specialist to create digital and print marketing materials tailored for member tiers
  • Collaborate on social media and public relations strategies to highlight member initiatives and events
  • Provide inputs for development and improvement of digital platforms including CRM, company website membership section, and membership app
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions, event attendance, and program impact in CRM system
  • Analyze membership data to identify trends and insights to enhance engagement
  • Generate regular reports on membership metrics to guide department strategies and assess program success
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the department head
