Membership Sales Consultant (Cluster Role)

We're hiring a Membership Sales Consultant who will be the commercial engine of our JLT gym. This is primarily a sales role with front of house responsibilities, not the other way around.

What You'll Do

Drive new membership sales through walk-ins, leads, outreach and follow ups as your core daily priority. Own the full sales cycle from first enquiry to signed membership. Work closely with the Gym Manager to hit weekly and monthly targets. Build relationships with members and corporate partners to grow referrals and retention. Manage front of house operations and ensure every member and guest has an exceptional first impression.

What We're Looking For

A proven closer, someone who is hungry, target-driven and genuinely excited by hitting numbers. At least one year of sales or membership experience, fitness industry preferred but not required. Strong communicator who can connect with people from all backgrounds. Confident, proactive and comfortable with follow ups and objection handling. Organised and reliable for front of house responsibilities.

What You'll Earn

AED 4,500 base salary plus commission, with on-target earnings of AED 8,000 per month for consultants consistently hitting baseline targets. Top performers exceeding expectations earn AED 10,000 and above. You'll know exactly what hitting your numbers looks like from day one.
