L’invité is seeking a driven and highly personable

Growth, Membership & Retention Manager

to support the continued growth of our private members’ club across membership acquisition, member relations, retention, events, marketing, and strategic partnerships.

This is a multi-dimensional role suited to someone who is commercial, relationship-driven, social, and highly execution-focused.

You will play a key role in growing our membership base, nurturing existing members, supporting curated experiences, and helping strengthen L’invité’s position as a leading private lifestyle and social club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive membership enquiries, sales conversations, follow-ups, and conversions into new members
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members, ensuring a high-touch and personalised experience
  • Support retention initiatives by identifying member needs, improving engagement, and helping reduce cancellations
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, social media content, email communications, and membership growth initiatives
  • Arrange and manage events to host member experiences that drive connection and engagement
  • Identify and nurture brand, venue, hospitality, lifestyle, media, influencer, and strategic partnerships
  • Support PR and visibility initiatives to strengthen the brand’s positioning and reputation
  • Support other needs functions of the business, such as lifestyle partnerships and concierge

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3–5 years’ experience across membership sales, marketing, PR, hospitality, events, luxury, lifestyle, or client relations
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to convert leads and build long-term relationships
  • Confident, outgoing, polished, and highly social — this is essential
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, CRM, member engagement, and retention
  • Comfortable attending events, hosting members, and representing the brand in social settings
  • Creative, proactive, organised, and execution-focused
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
