What You’ll Do
Assist members with teller transactions and account questions
Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services
Open personal, business, and IRA accounts and help members with additional services
Support online and mobile banking needs
Resolve member issues with professionalism and care
Work collaboratively with branch team members

- Monday-Friday schedule; occasional Saturdays with pay differential

What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required
One to three years of similar or related experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfort using computers and learning new systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Familiarity with digital banking platforms and financial products
Ability to identify members’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Account-opening experience
Work Environment
This role is based in a branch environment and involves assisting members in person, using a computer, and moving within the branch as needed. Frequent travel between the branches is required.
