• Additional information
• The ideal candidate has a combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma, and at least six months experience in retail sales and cash handling experience.
• Compensation: Base starting range $23.00 to $29.00 per hour commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Service:
• o Provide exceptional member service to all Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.
• o Explain products and services to Members to meet their needs. Cross-sells RCU, RCU Investment Services, RCU Insurance Services and RCU Auto Services products and services.
• o Establish basic products and services for Members.
• o Provide information to Members’ questions or directs them to the appropriate person or department for assistance.
• o Safeguard Member information and ensure confidentiality by following established policy and procedures.
• Transactions:
• o Complete Members’ transactions accurately and efficiently using established policies and procedures.
• o Balance cash, checks, and maintain proper documentation.
• Teamwork and Other Functions:
• o Attend and contribute to departmental meetings.
• o Perform branch opening and closing duties.
• o Perform other duties as assigned.
• o Complete orders for Credit Union forms and supplies.
• o Participate in Credit Union committees.
