We are looking for a Member Experience Manager to lead and elevate the member experience, from the first interaction to long-term engagement.
This role is for someone who is people-first, detail-driven, and passionate about service excellence.

What You’ll Do
Lead and elevate the end-to-end member journey across the facility
Act as Head of Customer Service, setting and upholding service standards
Oversee front-of-house operations and all member-facing interactions
Lead, support, and develop member-facing teams to deliver a seamless experience
Handle member feedback, enquiries, and concerns with professionalism and care
Work closely with operational and coaching teams to improve service delivery
Act as a key liaison between members, staff, and management
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in member experience, customer service, or operations
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
Confident in managing systems, processes, and daily operations
A genuine passion for people, community, and service excellence
