As we expand, we are seeking an experienced Medical Transport Manager to lead our healthcare transport operations and ensure excellence in service delivery.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Medical Transport Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and management of medical transport services. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and knowledge of healthcare logistics. You will be responsible for ensuring patient and medical supply transport is conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of medical transport services, including patient transfers and medical supply deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare and transport regulations.
• Oversee fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and emergency service providers.
• Train and supervise transport staff to ensure safety and professionalism.
• Implement protocols for emergency response and patient care during transport.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in medical transport or healthcare logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of patient transport protocols, fleet operations, and compliance standards.
• Proven track record of managing transport operations successfully.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED21,000.00 per month
