Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- Flexible shift options (day, evening, or rotating shifts)
- Weekend or holiday shifts as required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests (hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, etc.)
- Analyze samples accurately and report results in a timely manner
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
- Ensure strict compliance with laboratory protocols and quality standards
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow safety and infection control procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff for patient diagnosis and care
- Assist in inventory management and laboratory supply monitoring
