Job Summary
Better World Value Store is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Supplies Manager to oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of medical products.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, compliance with healthcare regulations, and timely availability of critical supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain of medical products and equipment
- Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and demand forecasting
- Coordinate with vendors and negotiate pricing and contracts
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Implement and maintain proper storage and handling procedures
- Monitor supply usage and generate regular reports
- Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics staff
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in medical supplies or healthcare logistics management
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in industrial or large-scale distribution environments
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
