الوصف الوظيفي
1. استلام المواد والمستلزمات الطبية والتأكد من مطابقة الكميات والمواصفات مع أوامر الشراء والفواتير.
2. تسجيل المواد الواردة بدقة في نظام إدارة المخزون.
3. ترتيب المواد داخل المستودع بشكل منظم يسهل الوصول إليها، ويقلل من الفقد أو التلف.
4. الالتزام بتطبيق معايير التخزين الآمن حسب طبيعة المواد.
5. صرف المواد للجهات الطالبة بناءً على الطلبات المعتمدة، وتحديث بيانات الصرف في النظام.
6. مراقبة المخزون بشكل دوري، والإبلاغ عن المواد الناقصة، الراكدة، أو التي شارفت على النفاد.
7. المشاركة في إجراء الجرد الدوري والسنوي للمخزون، وتوثيق الفروقات بين الرصيد الفعلي والنظامي.
