Position Overview
We are seeking a **Medical Software Technician** to install, maintain, and support medical software systems across healthcare facilities.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with medical and IT teams.
The Medical Software Technician will play a key role in maintaining Tecnosuite Medical’s reputation for excellence in healthcare technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure medical software across hospital and clinic environments.
- Provide technical support to healthcare staff and end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation for processes, incidents, and solutions.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and Qatar regulations.
- Assist in upgrades and system enhancements.
- Support audits and IT-related assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in medical software support or IT technician roles.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems and medical software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, IT support tools, and ticketing systems.
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or healthcare IT certifications are an advantage.
