Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Specialist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Medical Sales Specialist will promote the clinic’s cosmetic and medical services, consult with potential and existing clients, and support them in selecting suitable treatments in collaboration with medical staff.

Responsibilities

include conducting product and service presentations, managing inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive revenue and retention.

The role involves coordinating with physicians and clinic teams to ensure accurate information, seamless patient journeys, and high-quality customer experiences.

The Medical Sales Specialist will also monitor market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and meet agreed targets while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Medical Sales and Hospital Sales skills, with experience promoting healthcare or aesthetic services.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage, educate, and build trust with diverse clients.
  • Foundational understanding of Medicine or medical terminology relevant to cosmetic and aesthetic procedures (clinical background is an advantage).
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment, including pipeline management and follow-up on leads.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and administrative teams in a clinical setting.
  • Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced clinic environment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, or similar) preferred.
  • Previous experience in aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic sales is a plus.
