Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell the company’s medical products and solutions to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and conducting client visits, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and providing accurate information on features, benefits, and clinical applications.

The role involves managing a sales territory, identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The Medical Sales Representative will also maintain detailed records in the CRM system, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery, provide post-sales customer support, and stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and relevant clinical knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, lead generation, and closing techniques.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse healthcare stakeholders.
  • Foundational knowledge in Medicine and/or Pharmacy to understand product use, indications, and clinical value.
  • Proven experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a field-based environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting for tracking activities and results.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an advantage.
