Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Medical Sales Representative with 5–8 years of proven field experience preferably in PRIVATE HOSPITALS and also in PUBLIC HOSPITALS (Direct Purchase and NUPCO Tenders) on-hand sales experience with good relationship and network.

The ideal candidate should have an established customer network and a strong background in selling consumable medical products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas.
  • Launch new products by establishing, maintaining, and developing strong customer relationships.
  • Manage warehouse inventory and ensure timely delivery of products through the entire sales cycle.
  • Conduct regular visits to private and public hospitals, pharmacies, and related domains to generate leads, market products, and perform field engagement.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and awareness campaigns.
  • Provide regular market feedback and customer follow-ups with new and existing clients.
  • Utilize CRM software for documentation, visit logs, and KOL/customer details.
  • Handle client issues and provide hands-on product training when required.
  • We are going to screen-out and hire only the candidate having real-time customer network and relationship and start generating business leads from the first month.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant field sales experience in medical consumables (e.g., Securement Devices, Wound Care, Infusion Therapy, Anesthesia & Respiratory, Personal Hygiene, Pain Management, OTC products).
  • Nursing or Paramedic qualification with a ready-to-go sales network.
  • Valid driving license and own car.
  • Arabic with Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and broad-minded approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and electronic documentation.
