We are looking for a professional and customer-focused **Healthcare Call Center Representative** to join our healthcare and wellness team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle patient inquiries professionally while promoting our medical, aesthetic, wellness, and healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Follow up with leads and patients regarding treatments and services.
- Provide accurate information about clinic services, offers, and doctors.
- Handle WhatsApp, email, and social media inquiries when required.
- Maintain patient records and update CRM systems accurately.
- Manage complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist patients in selecting suitable treatments according to their needs and preferences.
- Good personality and can contribute to clinic growth.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in **Arabic and English** (mandatory).
- Previous experience in a call center, healthcare, wellness, aesthetic clinic, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication, sales, and patient-handling skills.
- Knowledge of aesthetic, wellness, and healthcare treatments is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
