Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Doha, Qatar.

The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other medical staff.

Daily activities include visiting clients, conducting product presentations, explaining clinical and usage information, and responding to customer inquiries.

The role involves maintaining and expanding a client portfolio, managing orders, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.

The Medical Sales Representative also tracks sales performance, prepares reports, and stays informed about market trends, competitor products, and relevant medical developments.

Qualifications

  • Strong Medical Sales skills, including experience building and managing a portfolio of healthcare clients.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with medical staff and support client needs.
  • Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in basic sales reporting and use of CRM or related sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales in the region is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
