Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Medical Sales Representative at Alpha supplies medical.

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting virtual and occasional in-person sales meetings, and presenting medical products and services to healthcare professionals.

Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms that align with client needs and company objectives.

The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, providing responsive support, and gathering feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.

The Medical Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams, document activities in CRM systems, and meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to all relevant medical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals within healthcare settings.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex medical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure responsive support, issue resolution, and ongoing client satisfaction.

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy to understand product use, clinical workflows, and regulatory considerations.

Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with CRM tools, remote selling, and data-driven sales reporting.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Proven track record in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales and a valid authorization to work in the relevant jurisdiction.
