Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in the United Arab Emirates.
The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell Helcima’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital decision-makers.
Responsibilities
include planning and conducting sales visits, delivering product presentations, providing clinical and product information, and answering customer inquiries.
The role involves managing a defined territory, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, monitoring competitor activity, and reporting market insights to internal teams.
The Medical Sales Representative will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, supporting product launches, and collaborating with marketing and medical teams to ensure compliant and effective promotion.
Qualifications
- Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, account development, and closing techniques.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand needs, and provide responsive support to healthcare professionals.
- Solid foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, mechanisms of action, and proper use.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales in the UAE or GCC region is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
