Role Overview
We are looking for a Medical Representative to join our team in Riyadh and Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CNS therapeutic areas.
- Established experience in engaging with Neurology and Psychiatry physicians.
- Experience in the retail market is preferred.
- Must be a Saudi national.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High learning agility and adaptability.
- Customer-focused mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Eligibility for a sales-oriented role with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in English and/or Turkish is preferred.
Job Description
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and clinics.
- Identify key target groups, analyze potential, and develop strategic visit plans.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date medical and product information to healthcare professionals.
- Execute promotional activities in line with marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager to align on strategy and reporting.
