About the Role
Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Representative to join their team in Makkah, covering Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position that serves as a direct link between the company and healthcare professionals. The primary objective is to enhance awareness and utilization of Hikma’s pharmaceutical and medical products through targeted sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a defined portfolio of products to customers and key accounts, adhering to established guidelines to achieve sales and marketing targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Hikma customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams, through organized appointments and events.
- Inform and persuade healthcare providers to prescribe, dispense, or use Hikma products to meet sales objectives.
- Increase awareness of Hikma products by continuously learning and sharing information with healthcare professionals.
- Gather current information on doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, and prospect new customers to maintain efficient customer lists.
- Ensure proper product availability, adequate territory coverage, and timely reporting and feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and products within the market.
- Track and review Hikma products' market performance based on client responses and other indicators, identifying new market opportunities.
- Prepare and submit timely planning, feedback, and sales documentation/reports to the supervisor/manager as requested to ensure optimal territory coverage.
- Ensure all activities comply with company rules and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Science ( in Pharmacy.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
